At check-in, exhibitors must provide a 3 X 5 card with the following information: Participant name, student status, institution, and city. This card will be displayed with the poster after the judging is completed.

    1. The exhibitors will choose subject matter of the display; however, it must be related to the radiologic sciences; charts, graphs, pictures, etc. may be used to enhance text. Some examples are:

      a. Any diagnostic modality, including ultrasound and radiation therapy;
      b. Radiation protection;
      c. Radiobiology;
      d. Universal precautions;
      e. Pathophysiology.

  3. All means of identification of the participant, patient(s), school, or imaging facility must be removed before setup. If any identifier information remains on the exhibit, the entry will automatically be disqualified.
  4. Displays must remain intact until Thursday at 4:00 p.m. Participants are responsible for dismantling and removing posters from the judging area (a representative may accomplish this) by 4:00 p.m.; any posters left after this time will be discarded - no exceptions!
