Room Rate: $39.00 net (Sunday through Thursday, Feb. 5-9) $99.00 net (Friday & Saturday, Feb. 10-11)

(Single or double occupancy plus applicable Clark County 12% room tax.)

One night's room deposit is required to guarantee reservation.

To receive the ACERT Conference group rate, make your hotel reservation prior to Wednesday, January 4, 2012 on-line, by telephone or by using a paper copy.

On-line Reservations: Go to http://www.orleanscasino.com/groups clicking on "Book a Room" and entering the group code, 2ACEC02 [ 2(two) A (Association) C (Collegiate) E (Educators) C (Conference) 0 (zero) 2 (two)] in the Group Code field.

Telephone Reservations: Call 1-800-675-3267 Monday-Friday between the hours of 7:00 AM and 11:00 PM Pacific Time or on Saturday or Sunday between the hours of 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM Pacific Time.

Paper Copy: Please complete the above form, clip on the dotted line, and return to the Orleans Hotel & Casino, at the address shown above along with a deposit check covering your first night's deposit or fill out the appropriate boxes to guarantee your reservation on one of the credit cards noted, making sure to sign on the "Cardholder Signature" line.

At the time the reservation is made, the guest will be asked to provide a major credit card or send a deposit for their first night's room and tax. If a credit card is utilized, it will automatically be charged the first night's room and tax.

Available space is limited. The cut-off date for is Wednesday, January 4, 2012 and reservations received by The Orleans after the cut-off date will be accepted on an “as available” basis.

It is policy at The Orleans Hotel & Casino that each and every guest room be occupied by at least one adult, 21 years of age or older. The hotel reserves the right to refuse service or terminate service to any individual(s) at any time who are not in compliance of this policy.

Cancellations on individual room reservations will be accepted up to 72 hours prior to the check in time of 4:00 P.M. on the schedule date of arrival with no penalty fee. Any individual who cancels their reservation after this cut-off will be responsible for one night's room and room tax.
